• To clean Itatiaia’s steel kitchens, always use a piece of cloth soaked in neutral products (watch out the product bottles to be sure they are neutral). A piece of cloth soaked in alcohol can also be used.

• Never use abrasive cleaning products, steel sponges or any other material that may scratch the furniture surfaces.

• Automobile waxes are not indicated because they gradually remove the product painting.

• Avoid using plastic or colored paperto coverthe cupboards. Transparent and white pieces of paper, including those without any pictures, can also be used.

• Avoid storing (without the correct recipient) or pouring salt and acid substances like vinegar, onions, ketchup etc.

• Check out the walls measures, doors location, windows, columns, water points, gas, sink and taps.

• Choose the appliances that will compound the kitchen: stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, including their models.
